Records
Clients, Projects, Documents, Suppliers, Stock items — add any type. Classes split a type (an Invoice, a Permit, an Inspection Report) with their own fields and a Word template.

In and out
A themed form on a link or QR code writes a record of the type and class you choose. Public, signed-in only, or specific people.
Share a filtered page of records — every inspection on a unit — or a single record, with the fields you pick, in your design, with the same access rules.
Print one QR label per record. Scanning shows the record and buttons you define: Receive +N, Use −N, set a location or a status. Every press is logged, and there is a JSON endpoint for scanners.
Your own SMTP and your own Twilio or Meta WhatsApp account. Notifications, reminders, generated documents and shared links go out under your name.
A versioned REST API with keys that act with the rights of the member who made them — for integrations, imports and scanners.
